I spoke to Cara after I had my first Hollywood wax done badly elsewhere. She explained to me why it was growing straight back - they had torn the hairs, not pulled them out from the root and explained various other things. It was obvious she knew what she was talking about so I booked my wax and have been going back ever since. She is very skilled and so quick ans efficient at it compared to the other place I went. I will keep going back.
