First off the wax was great. She has her own method which isn’t actually too painful, quick, easy and perfect. She has a very cute set up so I would recommend
However, the customer service skills needs to be better. She can come across as quite abrupt and rude however I don’t think she means to.

I went for a patch test for a lash lift. She was very honest and explained that as my eyelashes curl up, it wouldn't make much of a difference. I appreciated her honesty as she could have just taken my money.
