Arrived 5 mins early to the appointment. There was a sign on the door saying ‘Do not press the bell till your appointment time’ and, there was a chair left outside. I do not drive and it was raining. At my appointment time I press the door bell and eventually someone answered in kind of an annoyed tone saying ‘I’m with a client’... although it was my appointment time... fair enough if she was running late but not an apologise, nothing! I waited another 5 mins, in the rain and .... nothing ,so I left. She probably does not need the business as I am still waiting for a phone call to ask why I left ... awful people skills. Luckily it was only a patch test ... it goes without saying I have now cancelled the treatment!
