It's the first time in a while I've had a wax, and Katie was absolutely exceptional, and really put me at ease despite how embarrassed I initially was. Katie talked me through what she was going to do and how she would do it, and asked a series of questions to ensure she knew what I wanted before she began. Her communication was excellent. She did a fantastic job, and I'm really really happy with the results. 10/10 would highly recommend, and I will certainly be back in the future.
