This was my first appointment in almost a year and the first one with Katie. She made me feel so relaxed, she is so lovely and easy to talk to. Despite it being a while since my last, Katie is so proficient that it hardly hurt. The result is the best wax I’ve ever had!

I have had waxes before but none have been as good as this, literally the most pain free and quick. Katie totally put me at ease, and we actually had a laugh. She's a really nice girl and puts you totally at ease - considering your half naked with your faff out lol!
