This is my first wax in this country after getting fed up of shaving. Decided to give this a try due to the volume of high reviews. Even though I have very strong roots and dense hair, I barely felt felt pain if we exclude the Hollywood (which was not very painful either). Katie is a professional through and through, experienced, gentle and thorough. The salon is easy to get to from my home and the value for the service is unbeatable. Thank you girl, I will see you in a month!
