I didn’t get what I ask for. Left the salon looking like an absolute clown.

My make up was amazing and I was very happy with it. I kept being asked if I liked it etc and it lasted really well.
My appointment was at 08.45am, and I wasn't sat down until 09.05am. I think I was finished for 10am, but this was way past the time I was supposed to finish. So it caused me to have to rush and stress to get back and sorted before my graduation. I understand that you run behind as things can happen, but no apology was offered. My friend was in at 9am and done before me.

Couldn’t recommend anymore. I was so nervous getting my make up done for graduation as I had never had it done in Manchester before. I shouldn’t have worried one bit. My make up looked amazing it was exactly what I wanted and everyone commented on it. Thank you so much
