Greeted me with a towel to dry off from the rain, took the time to understand what I wanted and how I wanted it, didn't rush and was very attentive to the desired look, explained everything he was doing and why, very friendly and chatty. First time having my big post-lockdown beard trimmed and he absolutely nailed it.
