The experience was unusual. I was asked if the soles of my shoes could be sprayed with disinfectant on arrival. I was also told the price I had booked via treatwell wouldn’t be the price I pay as my hair was thick. I didn’t think this was fair given I had booked a blow dry for long hair as my hair is long. I was quoted an extra £10 on top of my £25 blow dry. £35 for a blow dry is too much IMO. I never like to leave a negative review, but I did have a negative experience so it’s only fair.

It was my firstt time visiting the salon. An excellent friendly service was provided by staff during my visit. It is spotless and quiet quirky inside. I was so delighted with my hair that I have made an appointment for a cut/blow. I would highly recommend the salon.
