I decided to have my eyelash extension infil at this salon for the first time. I have been going to another salon for 2 years and never experienced any pain or loss of lashes. After attending here, I now have 2 bald patches on my right eye and had to seek professional help to get the eyelash extensions removed. Each lash was stuck on with too much glue and there was no isolation which caused 4/5 of my own eyelashes to be stuck together om each eye. This caused pain due to pulling at the eyelash root. I had to seek a different salon to remove the lashes the following morning due to so much aggravation. a very poor job was done on both eyes and unfortunately I will not be returning. Very little attention to detail for the infil and I now have had to get every eyelash extensions removed. a waste of £30
