This was a poor client experience.
i was told that despite booking and paying on line for polish and removal I had to pay extra (this was not apparent from the web site)
Overly aggressive - would not go back to this place as they over charge...and their website is misleading

I had booked for the following day and dropped in on the off chance they might be free. I was made to feel welcome, not annoying and was able to switch my appointment with no fuss at all. I will definitely go back.
