One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I visited House of Nails in Hampstead for a manicure and pedicure and left feeling upset and completely dissatisfied. The staff were rude and passive aggressive, making me feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. They rushed through the manicure and pedicure, barely paying attention to detail, and the result was a shoddy, uneven finish. They shouted at clients and refused to accept their mistakes and lack of basic customer service.
