The first visit was really good.
My second Shellac was not good neither in terms of the treatment (I had to come back after a couple of days as one of my nails chipped and after a week two more) nor in terms of the service (I had booked with one person and on the day of my treatment she was off; the lady who did my nails seemed to be in a rush and asked me to put both my hands in the UV dryer to save time).
I like the location of the salon so might come again as I believe they could do better.

This time I am quite disappointed. The bookings overlapped and the staff was in a hurry. My manicure was rushed and very little attention was paid to it. I basically had to file my nails at home to fix the edges. Also, I am quite concerned about the cleanliness of the tools at the salon. The staff uses the same tools on every client without sanitizing them first. I witnessed how the exact same buffer and nail cutter used on my nails were then used on the client sitting next to me. This is very serious and against all Health and Safety rules. I think the salon manager should seriously look into this.

I always go here, however last time it was a bit disappointing. I really liked my nails in regards to colour right after the manicure was done, but it chipped in 3 days! I think it’s because the girl put 5 coats instead of 3 as per usual:(
