staff are very friendly and overall a pleasant experience but I think my acrylics weren't applied properly as they became loose after a few days. Staff need to be more cooperative with customers to help get the ideal color and shape for nails.

Another great gel manicure and pedicure, I really enjoy visiting the House of Nails, the staff are so lovely and welcoming, such a lovely selection of colours and a relaxing time during my treatments I thoroughly feel pampered every time.
