Booked a gel manicure but the whole experience was so bad I didn't even finish. The person doing my nails cut my skin so far back I was bleeding. There was no apology or offer of a discount. I just paid for the manicure and left. I shouldn't have even done that because the manicure looks like I did it myself. It's disappointing because I've been going there since they opened, but will not be returning. The owner should consider getting more experienced nail techs in the shop.

The manicure was really thorough, and the French manicure coloured tips look so pretty, but my nails are all angling upwards which indicates poor placement of the extension. I was the last appointment of the day, so maybe they were rushing slightly.

I always come here and it’s great but tonight I was rushed and my nails are really messy. I’m going to have to file and neaten them all at home, no care was taken. Will have to find somewhere new to go
