Salon is pretty however the manager greets customers with do you have an appointment instead of hello. I asked for French tips and was told I had to have shellac which costs more. The French tips were just white freehand lines on my toes, not straight, not even, just random lines on each toe. Very disappointing and to make it worse the two toes had come off by the time I got home! My infill was okay, but the manager again was rude when giving her instructions for what I wanted.

had a guy who I’ve not seen before. Really messy job. Didn’t notice nails were all different lengths, French tip painted on too thick and now it’s raised like a bubble. Build up of this acrylic under the nail from him using too much on the brush. Cuticles red raw as he kept nicking me with the filing drill. Disappointed as it’s my usual spot but will go elsewhere next time as I’m worried I’d be assigned to him again. Usually it’s great in there.
