Tom is so lovely! All of the staff are very nice actually, they always do a great job with my nails and they have created a very relaxing atmosphere within the salon.

Staff were efficient, but the space for waxing is completely inappropriate. A damp, freezing basement with a stack of boxes to the side, it felt like a cold storage closet. It smelled very damp and you could hear chairs and people moving above very loudly. Not recommended.
