As someone who has rarely been to a nail salon, Kim put me at ease and guided me through the process gently and efficiently with warmth and a little humour. I have now been twice and have been struck by how contented the other clients seem to be.
Unfortunately this time the day after the pedi one of the nails was gone. So I have now 4 nails painted and one that is not. It never happened before but it’s disappointing as I expect the treatment to be perfect.
Nails look nice but at a close inspection there are gaps at the bottom for some nails meaning that they will need to be redone in 10 days. Staff was helpful to help me choose colour.
