Despite the positive reviews, my experience with Naima was extremely different. My appointment was cancelled last minute & I was offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, but this was not processed. My follow up botox appointment was also not honoured despite this being included in the treatment package. I will now have to find a separate salon & incur additional costs for this. The lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable and I will escalating this with Treatwell.
