Fran is so lovely and down to earth. I can find hair salons a bit intimidating, but I felt very relaxed and comfortable with Fran. Great job of my hair too! This will be my new regular salon.

Fran is very friendly and puts you at ease and listened to what I wanted.
I have fine hair so have always been told that layers won't work and also a cowlick so almost point blank refused a fringe by other hairdressers, thanks to Fran I now have both and I love my hair again!!
