With over 15 years of experience in various types of massage therapy and personal training. Now a qualified integrative counsellor, my work combines Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person Centred Therapy with other therapeutic techniques, including diet management to support clients’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I focus on holistic wellness by creating tailored approaches to help clients achieve balance in their lives. By blending counselling, massage therapy, Reiki healing and spiritual life coaching, my work provides a nurturing environment designed to empower you towards self actualisation and meet your personal health and wellness goals.
