My experience with the House of Henshawe has always been first class and I would recommend anyone to go and visit Kate and the staff.
Excellent hairdresser, kind considerate and always helpful with sound advice on how to look after your hair.
Treatment of the clients is always top notch - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Haircut was poor. Very junior- no shape and blunt. Dissapointing
Colour good but took 5 hours! Ended up being incredibly late and cost me money. (Usually takes 3 hours)
Staff not that aware of customers- chat to eachother and constantly fishing hand into drawer in front of me.
Extra treatment added without asking- can only assume this led to price hike.
Nice girls but not all that experienced in either how you deal with people
