Kate is extremely skilled and knowledgeable about hair and hair health, her highlights are incredible, she spends so much time and effort to keep the highlights fine and mixes high and low lights to keep it natural and the effect is brilliant. I have fine hair and would not trust anyone else with my highlights and cut.x
