Not open for 8 which was the appointment time I had booked. The hairdresser was quite rough when washing my hair, it was quite painful rather than relaxing, she also burnt my ear when blow drying my hair. The haircut itself was great but I wouldn't go back because it wasn't an enjoyable experience.
