I had an operation 9 weeks ago , I have made appointments with Kate and had to cancel them due to hospital appointments. She has been patient with me , never once made me feel that I was being a nuisance ( and I was) she even offered to come and cut my hair at home if I couldn’t make it into the salon. As ever , my hair is now perfect ! Thank you Kate and Colleen for going above and beyond ! Truly an outstanding service ! Will never go anywhere else !
