I read the reviews on here and was looking forward to getting my hair done. I paid £125 for a colour correct to light brown and left the salon with bleached orange hair. So I asked them to fix it. I went back in, was made to feel extremely uncomfortable about it and I left the salon for the 2nd time with black roots and copper on top after paying another £25. I’m so disappointed, £150 out of pocket and will have to do something else with my hair to get the colour I wanted.

Helen was amazing. She knew what was best for me but also listened to what I wanted and made me feel soo comfortable, specially with picking a new colour. I’ve never felt soo happy walking out of a salon with a new colour till now. Honestly hands down the best. The team are soo lovely made me feel relaxed and like I have been going there forever when it was my first time ever.

Helen was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. She listened to my needs and wants and took it all in her stride. She worked her magic and gave me a fabulous cut and finish. I arrived looking thin on top and bedraggled and left looking and feeling great. All the ladies are gorgeous here, Helen, Kate and Rosie, I highly recommend this salon for a visit, you won’t regret it. Thank you xx
