Lovely to be back in the salon, I was contacted as a priority customer and got an early appointment. The salon is clean and tidy, the staff really pleasant, attentive and friendly, I felt very safe there. Well done Kate and your lovely staff, looking forward to my next appointment!

The girl done my hair seem to know what to do when it came to my hair. But I never felt uncomfortable she doesn't no how to communicate or make her client feel relaxed. The rest of the staff seem friendly. When it came to my bill seem I was overcharge. I usually won't mind but when overall experience is that awful it leaves bitter taste.
