I had my appointment with Jamielee yesterday and it couldn’t have gone better! She was friendly and lovely throughout the appointment as were the rest of the girls which makes the salon so welcoming. I’m not the most talkative person and didn’t feel awkward at all when I was a little quiet. I asked for my length to be a little shorter midway through and she reassured it wasn’t a problem! Will definitely be coming back, thank you so much!!

The hairdresser I had was poor. I usually have Kate and she is brilliant.Kate was on leave and I couldn’t wait for her return so I booked with this other hairdresser. My head felt bruised from her aggressive washing technique. Cut was longer on one side than the other and I had to point this out. When I got home there were other areas that I saw that were uneven and really quite raggedy. While in the salon she brushed her own hair and then used the same brush on me. Total time in salon 25mins.

Disappointed in the treatment my daughter and grand daughters had all been and loved their head spa treatments I seemed to get a lot less attention and felt no different than just getting my hair washed in a salon but with a fancy shower and an odd extra, no lots of massaging to the scalp or face or feet like they did.
