Staff were talking about customers, with a negative context, quite openly and obviously in front of other customers. After waiting for 30 minutes to sit in the chair, the hairdresser spent all of 5 minutes cutting my hair, seemed to not take care over it.

First time visiting the salon and was really happy with the result. I had let my hair go and been to some questionable salons trying to find the right one for me so Helen had a job on her hands! Will definitely be back
