The whole experience of a blow dry for me has changed. Due to chemotherapy I lost all of my hair. It’s gradually coming back and I’m now able to have it blown dry. Kate and her team always make an extra effort to make me feel comfortable in the salon. Kate always goes the extra mile and her attention to detail is impeccable. I loved my hair and all my family and friends commented on the cut, colour and style. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning Returning.

Staff were talking about customers, with a negative context, quite openly and obviously in front of other customers. After waiting for 30 minutes to sit in the chair, the hairdresser spent all of 5 minutes cutting my hair, seemed to not take care over it.
