I really hate going to the hairdressers (especially a new venue) so I had been putting off going after a bad experience in the last hairdressers I went to. Helen was an absolute dream, didn't make me feel bad at how wild my hair had gotten and gave me exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier and will hopefully be able to go to the hairdressers more often now!
