I visited the salon for a balayage appointment. Before the service began, I showed my stylist a photograph of the result I wanted, and I made it clear that I was looking for a balayage. Unfortunately, the outcome was completely different from what I had requested. Rather than a balayage, my hair was dyed almost entirely blonde. The dye even had clear lines and I was left with two unblended blocks of blonde at the font of my hair. It was fixed as best it could be but it is not perfect

I highly recommend House of Hair ZL, especially Neta. She is professional, knowledgeable, and creative, with great attention to detail. I'm always really pleased with my cut and colour and appreciate her honest advice and the care she takes to ensure I'm happy with the result.
The salon has a relaxed atmosphere, and the whole team are friendly and professional. They've also been fantastic with my 4-year-old daughter, making her feel comfortable and well looked after.
