Worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked clearly twice for a simple 2-inch trim. Lilia went ahead and cut around 6 inches off, completely ignoring what I asked for. She apologised after ruining my hair and called it a “misunderstanding,” but that doesn’t fix anything. To make it worse, they didn’t offer a refund, a partial refund, or any kind of compensation. I would never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

I had such a fantastic experience at this salon! Neta is truly an incredible hairdresser- professional, talented, and so easy to talk to. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions that suited my hair type and style.
The whole visit was relaxing from start to finish, and Neta’s attention to detail made all the difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does.
