Donna could not have been more helpful. I was very undecided on the day whether I needed a cut but I wanted my hair to look nice for my birthday which was the next day “Halloween”.
Donna gave me the option of rebooking my appointment at a later date or to do a tidy up of the length so it would look better. She was patient and explained exactly what she would do and I felt reassured. The cut was perfect and I can now let the layers grow down a bit and return in the coming months.
