Start off my saying this blow dry was NOT done by Frankie . I have been to this salon me and my mum numerous times but this time I was very disappointed with the service . My appointment time changed from 5:15pm to 5pm when I arrived the girl washing my hair was rushing and did not wash the back of my hair properly. My hair still felt damp after and when I mentioned this the girl dismissed it completely. Overall very disappointing the blow dry didn’t last and the girls were not friendly .
