This is a lovely salon- the girl who washed my hair was fantastic (I'm sorry, i can't remember her name) and Darcy was a hair-cutting genius. I came in with an idea of what kind of cut I wanted but I didn't know how to describe it. I brought a lot of photos which showed different things and I asked for my hair to be "not too trendy but not frumpy". It was quite a drastic change for me and I was a bit nervous. Somehow, Darcy made sense of what I wanted and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had! I've had loads of compliments and am really pleased with it, even a few weeks later.
The only thing that wasn't perfect was the point at which a different girl took my payment I'd been given a quote on the treatwell app but expected that to be changed as I'd had a major restyle and gone from long to short but to have the amount changed again from what was quoted by the hairdresser at the end of my cut, then, (after I popped out to get some cash) to return to a new amount again was a bit of a sour note.
Aside from this, the whole experience, with complementary coffee, lovely staff and a relaxing vibe was great :). Most importantly to me, the haircut was incredibly good- thank you Darcy, I absolutely love it!!
