Booked a last minute appointment, late on a Saturday. Wasn't made to feel rushed, even though I was clearly the last customer before a weekend finish. Took her time as normal, and even a second hairdresser helped with drying, so we could all get on with our evening. Relaxed and efficient.

Fabulous experience. Our stylist was so lovely and chatty; she put my daughter at ease straight away. Beautiful and professional hair cut - just what we asked for. Will happily recommend and will definitely be returning.

I felt the appointment was quite rushed. I didn’t have a great head massage with the wash as I would get at other salons. The stylist kept looking at the clock and wasn’t very chatty. I found other people’s hair on my towel.
The haircut was nice and what I wanted but the ‘frills’ wasn’t the best.
