I didn’t have the lady mentioned in this review, I had a young lady called Frankie (from the Ursmton salon I think she said!)
I booked an appointment online for 4.45. The following day I received an email, saying that my appointment had been rescheduled to 5pm (a phone call would have been nice to ask if that was ok!?) I arrived at 4.55 and the stylist was not ready till 5.25.
Despite this, Frankie was fab! Really chatty and lovely and did the best blow dry I’ve had in YEARS!Thank you Frankie
