I booked a stylist via Treatwell, but they don’t follow that schedule. On arrival, they tried to seat us with another stylist, blamed me for not calling, and we had to wait over 30 minutes to see the one I actually booked.

House of Finesse is a really nice, welcoming salon. The staff are always polite and professional yet, put you at ease. They treat clients as guests and are always attentive. I have blow dries there and am always happy with the result. Really lovely business. Highly recommend.

The lady who did my blow dry was very friendly and welcoming and knew how to deal with thick long hair, the salon was friendly and would definitely come again
