Jake did my haircut, rather than Elena, and he was excellent. He produced good results from my vague, rambling description. He now has a new customer - I'll definitely rebook with Jake. House of Finesse looks good and clean, has a great atmosphere, and the staff seem happy and comfortable with the customers. They do an excellent job.
