Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Was on my way to appointment to receive a text less than an hour before that my appointment had been moved. No notice, no reason, just moved. As I was on my way in I went to the salon anyway to see if anything could be done. Apparently the girl I had booked with had left, not really my issue. I was really unhappy but they did sort it, get me booked in and my stylist, Katie was amazing. Awful start but great finish and would go back. x
