When I got to the salon, at the address provided by Treatwell, it was closed, completely boarded up. I tried to telephone and there was no answer. I then tried to request a refund using your online chat, firstly I was disconnected from the operator. When I tried again I was told there were no available operators and to expect an email within 24-72 hours. I believe we are over the 72 hours and I have had no email. I still want a refund.
