Great experience, great cut, friendly team and they also cut my daughters hair. She was very nervous but they were very kind and patient which helped so much and made her feel very special.
Excellent value for money too.

Had a blow dry that took 2 hours and lasted for 2 minutes, waited half an hour for a stylist and was given a trainee who had to comb out the brushes looking all style on my bouncy blow.

Lack of communication and confusion with booking. Also overheard a few people having the same problem. Seemed very understaffed.
However loved my hair.
