Des was amazing and my hair has never looked better
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
They were running late which is fine, the junior washed my hair with cold water at the start, my stylist kept disappearing to finish someone else's hair mid hair cut. The junior dried my hair and burnt my scalp. Haircut itself was fine but poorly organised salon, staff were frantic with too manyjovs on to give decent service. Certainly not the service I was expecting.
