Went for a trim and blow dry and I was very happy with both the cut and blow dry.

Karl didn't cut my hair.
No record of my booking, was asked to come back later but I couldn't so they just left me in silence as they rejigged some bookings.
After highlighting the cowlick at the front of my head, the hairdresser then wet cut my fringe which moved another centimetre up my forehead when it dried. One side is higher than the other. It looks awful. My family actually laughed at it.
Disappointing. Won't go back or recommend.
