I didn’t have Caroline but had Karl who was very good and did a good haircut. My initial appointment hadn’t gone through properly but the salon were very good and rearranged and offered me a free hair mask as compensation.

Always great! Everyone is so friendly and chatty, they always listen to what you want and share their professional advice for the most relaxing hair appointments ever! Highly recommend if you’re like me and a bit nervous of coming out with a disaster- just doesn’t happen when you come here!
