Really disappointed. The stylist sprayed every single piece of hair so the end result was crunchy - it is my hen do tomorrow so I wanted it to last but the stylist took it too far and made it look greasy with hair spray. I feel I should have done it myself.

Booked in with a stylist and was expecting Erin however I was seen by a junior stylist. I would’ve rebooked to when Erin was available but too late when you’re already sat down and being seen to… disappointing..
