It was a horrible experience. They made me wait. They also told me that their system does not align with Treatwell and had very bad things to say about it. I was left with 2 scars in the end although the wax didn't even take off all the hair. Also - their staff is very rude and unprofessional. I will never want to go again. I wish I could have been refunded but that would not take away 2 prominent scars from my face.

I had booked a haircut and blow dry with Emily but through a glitch in the system the salon just had me down for a blow dry. The salon tried to be accommodating - however in these situations I do think it’s better to reschedule than rush but I wasn’t given this option. I am glad I had Brigid doing my hair as she was fantastic. Lovely and friendly and have me the best cut and blow dry I’ve had in a long time.

I visited the salon with my sister as I wanted to give her a well deserved treat after going through a tough time. My sister broke down in tears after the appointment as she was anxious through the whole appointment. The whole experience was awful and she was made to feel unwelcome and like a burden the whole time. The exchanges between staff were not subtle and we were painfully aware the whole time that we were not welcome. To end on a positive note the actual haircuts were perfect at least
