Wash and cut; lovely bit of a head massage with the wash, very decent cut. Not too chatty. She was in demand for advice from others, so it was a little stop start but when working on my hair she was conscious of ensuring I would end up with a manageable cut. My previous cut was at a walk-in more local to me, and the contrast in experience and end result is stark. Nice waiting bit with cucumber water and other options that I'll try next time. Felt more expensive than it was, actually good value.
