Such a good experience from start to finish - the girls on reception were polite and welcoming and offered me a drink while I was waiting. Kerrie (I think?) did my treatment and was so lovely, she made me feel completely comfortable at all times. She was professional but friendly and did an amazing job. They use the hot wax which is less painful than strip wax - yet they don’t charge a premium here like some other places do.
Very reasonable pricing for such a clean and modern place right in the city centre, will definitely use again!
