Salon is lovely, very luxurious, and staff are welcoming & attentive. Treatment room was clean and as luxurious as the rest of the salon. Wax result is disappointing. It was efficient & painless but left lots of hairs remaining that I will have to rectify myself at home. Too many hairs have been left behind to consider stubborn ones that have just been accidentally missed. All in all, disappointing result & will not be my first choice of salon in the future.
